Emma's Success

Emma and her parents describe how Anywhere Academy online tuition helped Emma excel and gain more confidence in her school maths classes., while also achieving her grade 9 in Year 10.

Meet the teacher

As an experienced Mathematics Lecturer, Examiner, and Educational Coach, I have dedicated my career to helping students build confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve academic success.

Over the years, I have taught students across primary schools, secondary schools, colleges, and Higher Education in both the public and private sectors. This broad experience has given me a deep understanding of how students learn and what they need to thrive academically.

My passion for education extends beyond the classroom. Through the establishment of educational and enrichment programmes, I have combined academic support with activities that promote confidence, resilience, teamwork, and personal growth. These experiences have shaped my student-centred approach, where active learning and individual encouragement are at the heart of every lesson.

In 2016, I founded Anywhere Academy International to make high-quality educational support accessible to students both nationally and internationally. Today, we help learners strengthen their mathematical skills, prepare for examinations, explore future career pathways, and access opportunities to study in the UK.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing students transform their relationship with mathematics. I have supported countless young people in overcoming maths anxiety, developing a growth mindset, and achieving results they once believed were beyond their reach. I am particularly passionate about encouraging girls to pursue STEM subjects, helping them gain the confidence to excel and progress to leading colleges, universities, and careers.

At Anywhere Academy, we believe that success is about more than exam results. We help students develop the resilience, confidence, and problem-solving skills that will serve them throughout their education and beyond.

Every student has the potential to succeed. With the right guidance, support, and encouragement, that potential can become an achievement.
